At Seabird Property Management, our goal is simple: you get paid in full, on time, every month. We take care of everything—lease preparation, signing, and rent collection—so you never have to worry about cash flow interruptions.

Convenient Rent Payment Options for Tenants
To encourage timely payments, we provide multiple rent payment methods, including online and in-person options. The majority of our residents use our secure Tenant Portal, which makes paying rent quick and easy. This convenience helps ensure you receive your funds as fast as possible.
Proactive Rent Tracking & Collection
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 5th.
- Our full-time Director of Accounting monitors payments daily, allowing us to respond immediately to missed or NSF payments.
- 99.5% of tenants pay on time, but in rare cases of delinquency, we enforce a strict, state-compliant rent collection process.
- If rent is not received by the 5th, we initiate our internal collection procedure and issue the 3-day legal demand notice on your behalf.
- Should payment still not be made, we work with our experienced eviction attorney to manage the entire legal process, up to and including physical eviction with the county sheriff if necessary.
Fast Owner Distributions
We close out our accounting cycle by the 10th of each month and transfer your funds directly to your bank account via ACH. This ensures you receive your rental income quickly and consistently.
